What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments made through DBS/POSB Internet banking and PayPal (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Please refer to this page for more information.

When will my order ship?

Upon verification of completed payments, the order will be processed and mailed within 2-3 working days. All orders will be sent via Singpost Normal/Regular Mail. Buyers are however advised to opt for Singpost Registered Mail, at an additional cost of S$3.00. 

What are your postage charges?

Shinine Designs offers FREE Local mailing by Singpost Normal/Regular mail. An additional cost of S$3.00 is applicable for Singpost Registered Mail. For international order/s, the postage charges and further instructions shall be included in the email confirmation.

What is the difference between Singpost normal and registered mail?

Unlike normal mail, registered article service offers proof of delivery, doorstep delivery and limited tracking features.

What happens if no one is at home to receive the registered article item?

For any unsuccessful delivery, a delivery advice will be slipped underneath the door. You can collect the item from the designated post office, redirect it to another post office at your convenience or reschedule for another delivery.

How will my items be packed?

All orders will be carefully bubble wrapped and sealed in an envelope before mailing out.

As all our Jewelry and Accessories are handcrafted, most items are unique on its own, aka one of a kind. Nonetheless, not to worry, do drop us an email at: enquiries@shininedesigns.com, in such cases. We might just be able to remake for you (should material/s be available), or get a re-stock of that material/s.
