PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Payment Policy
We accept payments made via:
1. DBS/POSB Internet Banking/ATM Transfer
2. PayPal / Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover 

For customers who are paying by DBS/POSB Internet Banking, the bank account information will be available in the email confirmation that will be sent to you after you confirmed the order/s. For customer paying by PayPal or Credit Cards, the account information will similarly be provided in the email confirmation. Once you have confirmed your order/s, please arrange the payment within 48hours. If payment is not received, your order/s will be cancelled and items will be released back for sale.

Delivery Policy
Upon verification of completed payments, all orders will be processed and mailed within 2-3 working days. All orders will be carefully bubble wrapped and sealed in an envelope before mailing out via Singpost Normal/Regular Mail. Shipping is done between Mondays to Fridays. Please note that Singpost is closed for shipment during the weekends and Public Holidays in Singapore.

Buyers are strongly encouraged to opt for Singpost Registered Mail, at an additional of $3.00. A tracking number will be provided after the order is mailed so that you can verify the status of your mail online at Singpost website (www.singpost.com). Besides a guaranteed arrival of your purchases to your doorstep, the parcel is also traceable in any event of mail loss.

In cases of any unsuccessful delivery, a delivery advice will be slipped underneath the door. You will then need to collect the item from the designated post office, redirect it to another post office at your convenience or reschedule for another delivery.
