TERMS & CONDITIONS

Orders
• All orders will only be processed upon receipt and verification of payments.
• Upon confirmation of your order/s, we will reserve the selected item/s for you. However, should payments not received within 48hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, Shinine Designs reserved the right to cancel your order/s and items will be released for sale thereafter without further notification.
• All items are handmade and unique to its design. Where each item is most often a single piece (one of a kind), or limited, sale shall be on a first serve basis. Remake subjected to the availability of the materials.
• No cancellations for orders once payment is received.
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen resolutions.

Mailing
• Orders will be mailed within 2-3 working days after payment is made and confirmed (except for Pre-order / Customised items).
• For items marked under pre-order, please allow 7-15 working days for shipment.
• Should order contains items that are under pre-order, the order will be shipped together once the pre-order item/s is made ready.
• Registered mail is strongly recommended as we will not be responsible for any lost mail via normal posting.
• To guarantee delivery, please do ensure that address is complete. If there is any unsuccessful delivery due to address issue/returns, customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges.

Returns & Refunds
• All items available for sale are brand new, handmade products.
• As all items will be checked and confirmed to be in good condition prior to shipment, there will be no cash refunds for all orders. 
• Due to hygiene issues, all goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable/refundable except for cases whereby items are sent wrongly/defective.
• In the event of an exchange, return postage charges will be borne by customer and must be accompanied with a certificate of posting from Singpost as proof of mailing. 
• Returned items must not have been worn and must be returned in its original with packaging intact.
• The following reasons will not be considered as defects/reasons for exchange:          
   *Buyers’ negligence/deliberate damage of item               
   *Personal dislike 
• All exchanges requests must be sent via email to: enquiries@shininedesigns.com, stating the reason/s and attached photos of defects (if any). We will reply within two (2) working days with more details and information on the return process.
• Email for exchange request must be sent within seven (7) days from date of delivery and items received at our end within fourteen (14) days from date of delivery.

Customers’ Information & Privacy
Your details are used/needed to stay in touch with you during order, delivery and to notify you of news from our blogshop. Shinine Designs does not share your personal information with any third-party companies.

We reserve the right to make adjustments and amendments to any items, pricing, terms and conditions without prior notice.
